I know a lot of fitblr/weight loss blogs don’t want to hear this shit, but we need to stop propagating the falsehood of “a calorie is a calorie” and “calories in, calories out” …especially those who use these mantras to shame and harangue fat people. If you’re going to be concern trolling people under the guise of having science to back you up, then you better actually know the science.
